Six Districts Implement Inquiry By Design's Spanish Language Arts Program

Inquiry By Design (IBD) is proud to announce the implementation of its secondary Spanish Language Arts (SLA) curriculum by six school districts: Feaster Charter School in Chula Vista, CA; North Clackamas School District in Milwaukie, OR; Oregon City School District in Oregon City, OR; ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA; Bethel School District in Spanaway, WA; and Evergreen Public Schools in Vancouver, WA. The implementation of this innovative curriculum will begin during the 2024-2025 school year, with the aim to further expand bilingual education across each district.

Designed to foster academic rigor, cultural relevance, and student engagement, Inquiry By Design’s secondary Spanish Language Arts curriculum provides a comprehensive framework for developing students’ reading, writing, and oral communication skills in Spanish, while aligning with the Spanish Common Core State Standards and the Biliteracy Framework.
